A new Interactive Voice Response
system (IVR), which allows borrowers
to access their loan and account
information through the telephone
system, is now available. This system
provides 24 hour information. Please
refer borrowers to (512) 427-6340 or
(800) 242-3062 (outside Austin only)
for all questions regarding loans,
grants, and scholarships. Calls will be
routed appropriately through the
automated system. Please disregard
old numbers you may have previously
used or given out, as they are no
longer working numbers.

Your SFTP file folder contains some new reports which include information not currently available within HHLoans.com. These reports will be refreshed daily at
10:00 a.m. for Hinson-Hazlewood and BOT loans.

Contact Us page of our web site. This is not a secure web site and therefore sensitive information
should not be included in your messages.
A person submitting misleading or fraudulent information to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board in an attempt to obtain financial aid is subject to criminal prosecution. Please contact the Fraud Hotline to report suspected fraud.
